Pay, Schedule, and Location - Starting at $18.25/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off
- Located in Lebanon, Indiana
Duties and Responsibilities - Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
- Generate reports and maintain electronic records.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email.
- Verify the accuracy of information before data entry.
- Organize and maintain files and documentation.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.
- Support the operations team with data requests and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Requirements and Qualifications - Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.
- Experience with AS400 is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
