Job Description

Patriot Commercial Services is looking for an independent cleaning contractor to take on evening commercial accounts in Baltimore and the surrounding twenty miles. One site needs covering right away.

This is subcontract work, not a W-2 job. You decide how you work the building and in what order, and you file your own taxes.

The work

• Office suites, medical and dental practices, fitness studios, childcare centers, common areas
• Typically 1,000–10,000 sq ft per building
• Evenings, after the building closes, Monday to Friday
• Each site has a written scope of work. You are responsible for the result, not for clocking hours.

Pay

• Hourly rate agreed per building when we walk it together — roughly $18–21/hour for someone working efficiently
• Paid weekly. The pay week runs Sunday through Saturday and you are paid the next business day after it ends — no invoicing needed
• More buildings as we grow — we staff in waves as new contracts come on

What you need

• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check — some medical and childcare sites require it
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred; this first site needs someone who can start clean
